I’m a people advocate. I champion for the people who use the products we build and for the people on my teams.

I’m a product design leader and team builder, with 25+ years of product design experience and an emphasis on elevating team and individual performance, improving team health, and cultivating relationship success. Sought out for my motivating and nurturing management style, I connect and collaborate at all levels to spark positive culture change and push for what’s possible. I empower cross-functional teams to ask, “Are we solving the right problem?”, and to solve—really solve—problems for humans. I coach them to move through discovery and challenge their own hypotheses and solution ideas. Above all, I focus on creating healthy, high-functioning, highly collaborative environments where teams and individuals can thrive—and also have some fun along the way!

  • Managed designers from junior through staff level, overseeing full-stack product design as well as user research

  • Experience with hiring, performance improvement plans, team restructuring, conflict management

  • Coached all levels of product managers, designers, researchers, and engineers on product discovery

  • Facilitated numerous workshops and design sprints, both in-person and virtual

  • I’m a parent to a highly spirited, super strong-willed, independent, opinionated 7-year-old (whew)

  • I’m also a recreational hand-letterer with lots of doodles in lots of sketchbooks
